Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global HR Knowledge Management Specialist to take ownership of the knowledge in a given knowledge base ensuring high-quality, accuracy, and relevance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that essential information, documentation, and best practices are structured and readily accessible, enhancing operational efficiency and fostering collaboration across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders, including Global Process Owners and HR Subject Matter Experts, to continuously improve knowledge resources and to facilitate a community of knowledge base owners in our regional hubs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Article Approval: Review and approve knowledge articles before publishing, ensuring quality, accuracy, and completeness.

  • Monitor Quality: Proactively track the knowledge dashboard to identify and resolve quality issues.

  • Article Maintenance and Improvement: Manage the content lifecycle, including taxonomy development, metadata tagging, and archiving, while enhancing existing knowledge articles for consistency and relevance.

  • Process Alignment: Ensure that knowledge articles reflect current and future global and local processes, retiring or updating content as needed to match new "to-be" workflows.

  • Collaboration: Partner with Global Process Owners and HR Subject Matter Experts to review and align content with organizational standards.

  • Knowledge Culture Promotion: Advocate for and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

  • Effectiveness Evaluation: Assess the impact of knowledge management initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements.

  • Technology Utilization: Leverage platforms such as intranets, knowledge bases, and SharePoint to optimize knowledge accessibility and enhance the user experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in in a related field is required (e.g. Communications).

  • Experience in knowledge management, information management, or similar roles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with knowledge management platforms and content management systems.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels.

  • Experience with change management and fostering continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with knowledge management technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning tools.

  • Experience in project management or business process improvement.

  • High proficiency with SharePoint.

  • Experience with ServiceNow.

  • Experience working in a global environment and collaborating across time zones
