About the Function
The Diageo Supply Chain and Procurement organisation is responsible for all the liquid production, packaging and transportation of products.
Finance business partner roles are at the heart of the Finance Operating Model, providing valuable guidance and support to the organization owning the performance agenda including delivery of all financial metrics whilst ensuring a robust control and risk management environment.
About the Role
Deliver monthly management reporting processes (various BPM reports, Procurement - Finance alignment calls), also prepare and present decks for the related review meetings
Play a key role in the preparation and submission of Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan
Play a key role in ensuring completeness of logistics figures
Act as single point of finance contact for all logistics procurement related matters
Support finance processes where business judgement is needed; provide accurate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified or requested
About You
Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business
Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferred
5-6 years experience in relevant area
Strong accounting experience
Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
Strong financial / commercial analysis background, proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at varying levels and the ability to flex to different market environments/ cultures
Have an excellent understanding of Salesforce, Qlik, PowerBI solutions with the ability to think broadly when a system related challenge occurs and extract data in a way that supports decision making
Fluent English knowledge
