Finance Project Manager

The Integrated Controllership Delivery team is dedicated to supporting controllership on the highest priority global initiatives, aiming to accelerate delivery on both external and internal commitments while mitigating risks. This is accomplished through a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, close collaboration with project owners to liaise with Technology, Finance Quality Assurance, Risk & Controls, Internal Audit, and Finance Org PMO, and management of expenses effectively.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and set regional approach / strategy, within global frameworks; drive elements of global programs

  • Liaise with various departments such as internal audit, finance quality assurance, and program management council

  • Help planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a project/program.

  • Drive end result of the project as a representative of the business.

  • Prepare, maintain, and submit clear and concise activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports.

  • Coordinate management reporting and communications, up to EMT level.

  • Assess project risk potentials and discover potential problems before they occur.

  • Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on time, cost, and quality.

  • Apply a proactive approach in routinely tracking the project participant progress against project goals.

What we’ll need from you:

  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience with proven program management / governance experience using a structured methodology to successfully track, plan, monitor and report on concurrent, multiple projects.

  • Fluent English language skills.

  • Excellent project planning / organizational skills, including the ability to lead project teams towards clear delivery plans across geography, function and other organizational structures.

  • Knowledge of gathering, reporting, trend analysis and creation of performance metrics.

  • Ability to identify risks and issues, and liaise with stakeholders to determine mitigation and remediation plans.

  • Experience and ease in interfacing with senior management of different stakeholder groups (including Technology Teams, Internal Audit, Senior Management, etc.).

  • PMP or other Project Management certification a plus.

  • Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.
