The Field Service Engineer builds long-term relationship with the customers and supports our clients in case of technical problems related to the services and providing remote support. The Field Service Engineer is responsible for customer service in Hungary.

You will be apart of the Field Service Team consisting of 5 FSE and 1 Dispatcher, reporting to the Field Service Manager Hungary. In this job you will travel from your home to the customer location within the area Debrecen, Tiszaújváros, Miskolc. To be successful this role we are looking for a candidate either living in this region/ cities or willing to relocate to the area.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Compliance with health and safety regulations in accordance with company policy

• Carrying out commissioning, maintenance, repair of measuring equipment

• Promoting the sale of service in the designated region in cooperation with colleagues from Sales and Administration department

• Technical support for Sales team

• Training and technical consulting

The essential requirements of the job include:

• University graduate in engineering – automation/electronic or similar

• Valid driving license cat.B

• You are fluent in English and Hungarian

• Availability and readiness to undertake business trips
