Team/Role Overview

The role is part of the UK Corporate Treasury Recovery and Resolution Planning Team covering the Broker Dealer and Bank entities liquidity impacts. The successful individual will contribute to analysis, modelling and monitoring of Recovery and Resolution planning capabilities at Citi and will co-ordinate deliverables for Trading Wind Down, Funding in resolution (Resolvability Assessment Framework) and Resolution Liquidity Execution Need (RLEN). The role will also support any PRA enquiries related to the TWD capabilities go-live and will serve as liasion with the UK, local and global team, enabling delivery and enhancements to RLEN and PRA prescribed regulatory templates.

What you’ll do

  • Produce Treasury inputs for Recovery and Resolution plans, local and global

  • Build and run playbooks for simulation of resolution plans.

  • Analyse the impact of new regulations to UK Broker Dealer Recovery and Resolution planning.

  • Analyse and calculate impact of resolution planning, contributing to a strong control environment for the production of results

  • Exposure to Citi’s balance sheet and develop understanding of data and technology infrastructure supporting the liquidity reporting process.

What we’ll need from you

  • University degree in Finance/Math/Economics

  • 8+ years of financial services experience

  • Knowledge of regulatory framework around Recovery and Resolution planning

  • Prior Treasury and/or Finance function experience required. Knowledge of Treasury, Secured Funding Transactions, Derivatives, Intraday requirements and Banking products modelling

  • Must possess a proactive work ethic and be a team player

  • Fluent English language skills

  • High energy style with the ability to work collaboratively and independently

  • Prior experience with Recovery, Resolution or Balance Sheet Planning is a plus
