Our EMEA Business Service Center (BSC) in Budapest is Eaton’s largest office in the region. What you’ll do:

Within the Global Innovation team which is part of the Enterprise Engineering Operational Excellence team (EFE OPEX), you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and conveying our organization's innovative spirit. You will be responsible for crafting, executing, and continuously improving a comprehensive Innovation Communication Strategy to engage our target audience effectively and meet the objectives of our innovation management system, with the ongoing support of the Corporate Communications team. In addition, you will manage the communication for some of the main programs within the EFE OPEX team.

• Innovation & Main programs Communication Strategy: Develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive storyline and communication plan to engage our target audience and achieve our innovation management system and main programs objectives.

• Engaging Content Development: Create, deploy, and assess impactful communication tactics for various channels to foster innovation and drive adoption of new tools & approaches, including web pages, social media, newsletters, and presentations, ensuring messaging and brand alignment.

• Event Communication: Lead communication efforts for internal and external innovation-related events, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are informed and engaged. This includes pre-event promotion, live updates during the event, and post-event communications.

• Regional Communication Support: Serve as the go-to communication advisor and provide support to our regional communication teams on innovation and global EFE OPEX-related topics, ensuring a consistent messaging and approach across all regions.

• Culture Promotion: Advocate for our innovative and continuous improvement culture both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

• Degree in communication, marketing or employer branding related field

• At least 3 years of experience in similar position

Skills:

• Background in crafting impactful narratives, creating compelling copy, and designing engaging visual content

• Proficiency in utilizing various communication platforms and applications, such as Microsoft 365, Canva, Eloqua, and different social media channels

• Passionate about innovation and communication, eager to learn

• Proactive, creative, and agile thinker
