Present key user insights to the product and engineering teams on a monthly basis.
Introduce and implement a user feedback collection system, regularly analyze incoming data, and share insights with the team.

Create prototypes and wireframes to explore different design solutions for new features or improvements to existing ones.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize features based on user value and business goals.
Gather and analyze user feedback on new functionalities and improved user journeys through surveys, user interviews, and usability testing.
Requirements:
Hands-on design skills: Proficiency in Figma, including component design, prototyping, and UI implementation.

Collaborative spirit: Experience working directly with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Excellent communication: Strong presentation and storytelling skills to effectively communicate design decisions and research findings.

Languages: Fluent in German, proficient in English.
Industry experience: Ideally previous work experience in B2B SaaS.
The ideal candidate is:
Results-oriented: Driven by achieving results, not by designing pixel-perfect UIs
Collaborative: Able to work closely with the product managers and engineers
Pragmatic: Knows to balance trade-offs when collaborating with the team
Takes ownership: You drive the projects you’re on, instead of following the crowd
Why you will love working here:
