The role
As a Software Portfolio Management Consultant, you will play a meaningful role in meeting our clients' software procurement needs. With your background in IT consulting, software sales, and license sourcing, you will contribute to delivering value and maintaining efficient software contract management.
Key responsibilities:
Take charge of leading all aspects of the procurement, negotiation, and management of software contracts. Your expertise will ensure compliance and efficient value for our clients.
Act as the primary contact for clients, offering expert advice and tailored solutions to meet their software procurement needs. Your outstanding communication skills will help build strong relationships.
Lead projects from start to finish, including the design and implementation of software processes, SLAs, tool integration, and training. Your proven leadership abilities will ensure successful project completion.
Employ strategic negotiation tactics to achieve cost savings for our clients. Furthermore, identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient benchmarking measures.
Collaborate with global teams and departments to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Your ability to work collaboratively will contribute to world-class service.
Discover possibilities for automating processes, simplifying tasks, and enhancing overall software management practices. Your creative thinking will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement
What we need to see from you
You should have 3-7 years of experience in IT consulting, software sales, or license sourcing. Advanced project management skills are a must.
A deep understanding of software licensing processes, supplier landscapes, and contract negotiation is crucial.
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities are essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also required.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
