Your day at NTT DATA
The Senior Catalogue Specialist role supports the Global Catalogue Manager in ensuring that NTT’s products and services Catalogues within the Catalogue system are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with NTT Data's business strategies and partner agreements. The Senior Catalogue Specialist will work closely with the Global Catalogue Manager to implement and maintain Catalogue management processes, Polices & SOPs, and assist in data quality assurance, and support the operational aspects of Catalogue management.
What you'll be doing
Responsibilities :
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and relevance for all Catalogues
Collaborate with IT teams and Business representatives across regions to gather Catalogue requirements and Implement Catalogue management best practices and standards
Contribute to the development and implementation of Catalogue Management policies and SOPs
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the Catalogue Management function
Assist in validating products/services data from various OEMs and Distributors
Assist in maintaining Catalogue structure at global, regional, and country levels
Assist in ensuring Catalogue item pricing is accurate and reflects agreed commercial structures with Partners
Support the management of newsletter and SharePoint site content for the Catalogue Management function
Assist with the development and implementation of KPIs for Catalogues
Requirements :
5-7 years of experience in IT service management or Product management
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to run with initiatives/projects independently
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Advanced English knowledge, verbal and written
Ability to work effectively in a Global, cross-functional environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Basic understanding of data governance principles
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or equivalent diploma would be beneficial
