Introduction :
This position will be part of the Oracle Global Business Finance – Center for Excellence, Sales Compensation Planning Operations, Bucharest and supporting the Oracle Global Sales Compensation Planning activities through sales quota plan submission and maintenance.

As a member of Oracle Global Business Finance, Center for Excellence, Sales Compensation Planning Operations, Bucharest, you will be
Primary Contact for Sales Compensation Plan queries from stake holders including Global / Divisional Comp Planning, Tactical Planning, Compensation Administration and HR teams
Managing Sales Compensation plan submission “quotas/gates etc” & other performance measures, in accordance to company’s TCs, policies, as well as per the territory and products covered by Sales Teams.
Identifying and managing necessary in-year actions to existing Sales Compensation Plans (i.e Transfers, LOA, New Hires, ATV revision, Terminations etc.,)
Identify, research, and resolve issues around unplanned Sales Reps
Manage membership audits in Pool Bonus Tool
Maintain general audit requirements and perform various spot audits
Participate in cross functional programs and projects including testing systems enhancements
Support ad-hoc analysis assigned by Strategy Team
Career Level - IC2
Responsibilities
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
1-2 years relevant work experience in Sales Compensation quota planning / Business Operations / Business Finance
Proficiency in MS Excel and Power-point
Proficiency in English communication skills – written and verbal
Strong analytical and research skills
Ability to partner across functions.
Other required skills: data analysis, results oriented, attention to detail
Hybrid working model including night shift
