Job Description

Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) ensures customer success, through a broad set of services and solutions built on Oracle’s innovative technology helping to accelerate the entire customer journey. CSS offers services globally across multiple industry sectors to assess and develop solutions to run, maintain and continuously improve data-driven strategies and insights that help grow, optimize, protect client organizations, to deliver the business outcomes customers require.

We are seeking a self-motivated Professional to join the Oracle Customer Success Service (CSS) Global Cloud Solutions and Enablement team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining messaging that supports the adoption of Oracle’s leading-edge Cloud capabilities and the resulting customer business outcomes. You will gain expertise in messaging and training development, develop a deep understanding of Oracle's Cloud strategy, and learn to work collaboratively with sales, delivery, presales, and XLoB colleagues and share your work broadly through CSS and XLoB communications channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of technology and innovation, and a proven track record of successfully working cross functionally

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will drive the collaboration and communication between CSS and XLoB colleagues, and partners to:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, engaging, and informative messaging, including customer success stories, training materials, videos, and other content formats to facilitate the adoption of Oracle’s services capabilities.

  • Collaborate with Oracle's Customer Success teams and gather customer insights, sales, and delivery feedback to create compelling content that highlights the value and impact of Oracle's services.

  • Optimize and evolve materials for clarity, relevance, and ease of consumption, ensuring it aligns with Oracle's brand guidelines and tone of voice.

  • Leverage all communication channels to amplify content developed to produce measurable outcomes.

  • Report on key success metrics to management

Skills and Attributes

  • Proven Experience: 6-8 years of professional experience working with or for a cloud business software vendor (EPM, ERP, HCM) similar to Oracle

  • Excellent Writing and Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively convey complex concepts.

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate and manage relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and drive improvements.

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for customer success and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
