Job Brief: Food and Beverage Manager

We are excited to welcome a talented and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to The Marmorosch Bucharest, an exceptional hotel where history meets luxury. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee and elevate every aspect of our F&B operations, ensuring that our guests enjoy unforgettable dining experiences in an unparalleled setting.

As our F&B Manager, you will take the reins of all operational, financial, and team management duties within the department. Your mission is to deliver world-class service, innovate to enhance our culinary offerings, and drive revenue growth. Your leadership will inspire a dedicated team to achieve excellence, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all F&B operations, ensuring they meet and exceed the highest standards while staying within budget.

Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations, both internally and externally.

Design and refine menus, manage procurement, and implement continuous improvements to enhance the guest experience.

Anticipate and address guest needs with proactive solutions and personalized service.

Lead, recruit, train, and develop a talented and motivated F&B team.

Set and manage goals, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures to drive operational excellence.

Foster a culture of open communication, motivation, and teamwork, empowering your team to take ownership of their roles.

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Provide insightful management reports on sales, productivity, and operational performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in food and beverage management with a track record of success.

Proficient in relevant software (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS systems).

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest food and beverage trends and best practices.

Expertise in managing teams and achieving financial targets.

A guest-focused approach with a strong commitment to service excellence.

Degree in food service management or a related field is preferred.
