Nestle Brand Manager Nestlé Health Science in Bucharest, Romania

Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and creative Brand Marketer to join the passionate Nestlé Health Science (NHS) team in Romania. This is the perfect opportunity if you have a strong drive to succeed, proactive attitude and ability to work with autonomy. In this exciting role you will execute and optimize the full marketing mix, building long and short-term plans to help your brand to reach, win and retain new consumers.

A day in the life of a Brand Manager NHS:

  • Monitor market dynamics, HCP and patients insights.

  • Develop marketing strategy for dedicated portfolio, lead implementation of agreed strategy, recommend the changes if needed.

  • In cooperation with other departments – develop activities, communication and materials to drive HCPs and patients’ behaviors from awareness through usage to recommendation.

  • In cooperation with internal team - cooperate with external stakeholders (HCPs, KOLs) and co-manage the relationships.

  • Own and manage marketing budget, recommend changes if required.

  • Review global initiatives and materials for their potential in local market.

  • Identify growth opportunities.

What will make you successful:

  • Bachelor's Degree in: Economics, Marketing, Social Science, Life Science

  • Experience in brand marketing of products in OTC or OTX or RX model – in strategy creation and execution, including new product launched and communication development\

  • Experience in cooperation with medical environment – with HCPs and KOLs

  • Patient and HCPs insight orientation - ability to translate it into communication with HCPs and patients

  • Open-minded and learning on the fly – readiness to adapt the knowledge on new therapeutic area

  • High level of initiative and can-do mindset

  • Collaborative attitude and highly developed interpersonal skills

  • Fluency or very good knowledge of English, working knowledge of MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel)
