We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire services, and other essential maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and performance of the equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and fluid checks to maintain equipment performance.
- Conduct tire services, including rotation and balancing, to ensure optimal safety and handling.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to complete maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Stay updated on equipment service techniques and best practices.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive, heavy equipment, diesel service.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Must have a clean background and motor vehicle record
- Must be 21 or older for insurance purposes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience with oil changes, multipoint inspections, and general maintenance tasks is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
