About the roles

Opportunities Available
To be eligible for the role, you must be enrolled in a University based in the EU and be able to obtain an internship/university agreement.
Logistics and Transportation
Responsibilities:
Follow, analyze, and report logistic issues with 3PL.
Analyze and monitor stock discrepancy reports and inbound-outbound differences.
Conduct cycle counts, inventory control, and support freight invoices.
Report logistic performance KPIs.
Communicate with other departments, factories, and transport companies.
Assist & monitor with the ordering process, including order management, slot booking, stock control, outbound (transport), and returns.
Support the coordination of the order/delivery process by working closely with the warehouse, logistics, and supply planning team to ensure on-time and in-full deliveries (OTIF).
Demand and Supply Planning
Daily Operations:
Assist in managing stocks of certain brands, ensuring product availability.
Support the team by tracking stock evolution and creating basic reports.
Help monitor stocks blocked in quality and follow up on progress.
Communicate with factories to understand production plans.
Assist in reporting scrap and obsolete material.
Support the ordering process, including order management and stock control.
Help coordinate the order/delivery process by working with the warehouse and logistics team.
Analysis & Reporting:
Assist with service level reporting and identify basic discrepancies.
Help prepare dashboards for internal use.
Support monthly analysis on various supply topics for the department (cost-to-serve, truck optimization, dispute, service level, etc.).
Embellishment
Responsibilities:
Assist with the ordering process, including order management, slot booking, stock control, outbound (transport), and returns.
Support the coordination of the order/delivery process by working closely with the warehouse, logistics, and supply planning team to ensure on-time and in-full deliveries (OTIF).
Collaborate with key stakeholders to help address ways to improve customer satisfaction.
Assist the finance and accounting team with processing credit claims and investigating root causes.
Help maintain relationships with supply counterparts.
Assist with weekly and daily service level reporting and identify discrepancies between internal data and customer data.
Help prepare dashboards for the customer.
Support monthly analysis on various supply topics for the department (cost-to-serve, truck optimization, dispute, service level, etc.).
Customer Service

Data Steward
Responsibilities:
Manage and create product sheets and customer and supplier cards.
Ensure the complete creation of product references (standard, promo, box), customers, and suppliers.
Communicate the information produced to providers.
Act as the referent on the intranet application that enables the creation of products and manage the application in its entirety.
Learn to create rates per SKU/customer and manage customer discount setup.
Collect product packaging data and recyclability/SKU from the factories and marketing.
Use the tool per country to create the declaration (weight and type of packaging and units per SKU).
Support continuous improvement and activity monitoring by setting up KPIs and identifying requests to check system data consistency.
The experience we're looking for
Currently enrolled in a degree program related to business, supply chain, or a similar field.
Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning about New Product Introduction, manufacturing, or product innovation.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative team spirit
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to learning new technology tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
