This Senior Outreach Expert role at ICF Next presents a dynamic opportunity for a highly experienced professional in strategic communication and stakeholder engagement. The role demands a blend of strategic vision, creativity, and deep understanding of the EU landscape, along with extensive experience in public relations and stakeholder management.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 12+ years of relevant experience in communication and stakeholder engagement, with a preference for experience working with EU institutions.

• A strong ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions and programs.

• Experience with PR awards campaigns is highly desirable.

• Extensive network within the PR industry.

• Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Knowledge of media relations, partnerships, and advertising is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision: Develop and lead innovative stakeholder management and communication strategies, especially for EU-related projects.

• PR Initiatives: Spearhead creative public relations and stakeholder engagement activities, focusing on storytelling and relationship-building.

• EU Projects: Design and execute comprehensive PR strategies for EU communication projects, establishing relevant KPIs.

• Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with EU associations, national bodies, and local communities.

• Campaign Integration: Ensure PR and stakeholder strategies are effectively integrated into broader campaigns and digital initiatives.

• Client Impact: Present the impact of PR activities to clients, demonstrating the value and effectiveness of your strategies.

• Innovation and Industry Insight: Drive the development of new services, incorporating AI where applicable, and stay informed on industry trends.

• Mentorship and Compliance: Mentor junior colleagues and ensure adherence to legal standards and up-to-date methodologies.
