About the role

  • Our Operations Reporting & Analytics team, composed of 4 people, is integrated in the Transformation and Operations Excellence department and focuses on driving and supporting transformation activities.

  • As a Reporting & Analytics Tech Lead, you will work on setting up the standard ways of working, ensuring the teams adopt the same pace in order to better exchange, co-designing and collaborating to support the group transformation. You will get the opportunity to contribute to enhancing and developing all Operations reporting activities in an automated environment and have a positive impact on the timely and detailed Performance Management within the various Operations functions, Sites and Supply Chain.

  • You will be accountable for:

  • Driving and leading development of business/operations reporting in PowerBI.

  • Analyzing complex datasets; as well as working closely with all functions to align, standardize and simplify reporting and analytics of all KPIs and metrics

  • Closely working with DT/Data management to govern data structures, extracting data and ensuring security and compliance of data.

  • Developing standard (interactive) reporting and decision dashboards within the PowerBI environment; as well as defining and executing PowerBI training programs to users and developers.

  • Ensuring reliable and timely data input and reporting availability and governing access for the users.

  • We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.

About you

  • Master of Science degree and demonstrated experience in industrial/operation data analytics and dashboarding.

  • Relevant work experience and proven results in developing, implementing and maintaining automated reporting and analytics tools within PowerBI.

  • Competencies:

  • Strategic data analytics lead with excellent abilities in data management, among which SQL databases

  • Extensive experience in PowerBi and other BI tools,

  • Extensive experience in working with ERP systems and data management (SAP, BW)

  • Basic experience with scripting (javascript, python,...)

  • Behaviors:

  • Structured and capable to handle complex tasks

  • Creative and Autonomous

  • Continuous improvement background and mindset

  • Comfortable to interact and challenge senior leaders

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Belgium base pay reasonably expected for this role is €98,000.00 to €138,000.00, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on location, your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
