We are looking for:

As the Learning and Development Lead you will be responsible for learning, development and change management specifically in the area of Advanced Planning.

We count on you for:

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Project Management of Kinaxis streams, focusing on Change Management

  • Review and support Super user * Key user community

  • Structure and manage Kinaxis Train the Trainer Program

  • Maintain Kinaxis central repository of training documentation in line with the most recent processes and technology configuration

  • Manage re-training as needed based on adoption metrics

  • Manage onboarding and training of newcomers in Planning and Sales roles

  • Manage data owners in Kinaxis in line with governance (RACI)

  • Assessing training needs ongoing

  • Develop and execute learning strategies based on needs

  • Design, deliver and track training & development programs and initiatives

  • Support change management for planning scope SC projects

This role offers a unique opportunity for the candidate to create a new learning and development program within the Supply Chain Center of Excellence. It gives the candidate the opportunity to develop their skills by working cross functionally with a variety of teams across the business and a variety of cultures. Additionally, you will be able to contribute and engage in transformational projects that will shape the future of the supply chain within Syensqo.

You will bring:

  • 2 to 4 years experience Corporate Training role preferred

  • Experience in Learning, Development and training. Talent management/attraction experience is a plus

  • Knowledge and/or experience of Supply chain planning function

  • Experience in leading Change Management programs

  • Ability and willingness to work with and across multiple functions impacted by and involved in key processes

  • Change management experience (CCMP preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong collaboration skills

  • Ability to communicate well within all levels of the organization and across different cultures

  • Passion for People and Talent Development

  • Proven ability to influence and motivate others

  • Solid Google applications skills
