You main missions will be following:
Account Management:
Manage and grow medium-sized accounts in Belgium and the Netherlands
Build strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions
Create account plans to drive sales, market share, and profitability
Lead promotional activities in line with sales and marketing goals
Sales & Reporting:
Track and analyze account performance to spot growth opportunities
Present insights to management and adjust strategies as needed
Monitor sales & forecasts for your customers
Customer Relations & Negotiations:
Negotiate contracts and pricing to benefit both BIC and customers
Identify new business opportunities and upsell additional product lines
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs effectively
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with marketing, supply chain, finance, and other teams to execute account plans and coordinate promotions and launches
What you'll bring to BIC:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or key account management, ideally managing client portfolios in a similar role
Languages: Fluent in Dutch and French; proficient in English
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint,...)
Negotiation & Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret sales data and market insights to develop winning account strategies
Customer Focus: A passion for providing excellent service and building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
