For our client ExxonMobil Brussels we're looking for a Facility Coordinator.
Follow-up of compliance with regards to scope of services/provision of personnel/performance measurement/controls. Need for continuous coaching of contractors. Deliver best practice soft service tasks consistent with client business needs, compliant with local regulatory requirements and in accordance with all corporate policies/procedures. In accordance with the client work order.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Tenant Services Supervisor.
Main objectives lie within:
Provide daily guidance to local contracting supervisors for operations to a team of contractors.
Propose, optimize, and implement preventive maintenance programs aligned with the SLG (Service Level Guideline), OHGP (Occupational Health Global Practices) and eMerge expectations for related systems and equipment.
Coordinate preventive maintenance, testing and repairs at the above systems and equipment.
Assistance with strategic systems upgrade plans
Assistance with assigned E&PS projects
Perform regular contractor safety evaluation.
Coordinate operating procedures with colleague E&PS coordinators and Technology/building stakeholders.
Assistance to invoice reconciliation; - payables.
Responsible for timely purchase orders and choice of suppliers
Coordination of Office space planning and Space Validation with BC Business Lines
Management of office furniture.
Coordination of facility tickets and maintain FMIS (Nuvolo expert)
Coordination of Art Validation
Provide Nuvolo training to BC tenants.
Maintain regular communications to BC tenants with regards to system updates
Maintain web-based E&PS/CBRE information (go to my facilities)
Back-up on Soft service tasks; appearances and grounds, locker management, laundry services, nameplates, key management etc….
Required skills:
Basic technical knowledge and practical skills related to Tenant Services
Practical knowledge of Windows Office
Procurement & financial skills
Team player (colleagues, CBRE coordinators)
Team leader / coach (guidance to his/her contractors)
Ownership of assigned materials and budget
Organizes own work and priorities within agreed objectives.
Problem solver, with good feeling for realistic and simple solutions
Good communicator to all levels of the local organization
Attitude: stress-resistant, flexible, open for new challenges, eager to learn
Languages: Dutch, English and French
