Nestle eCommerce UX/UI specialist in Brussels, Belgium

As UX/UI specialist, you have the following responsibilities :
Coordinate with the rest of the eBusiness team to ensure a seamless experience and an optimized purchasing funnel, end to end, across all platforms in BELUX (web, app, B2C and B2B);
Propose, design, and implement new online journeys or features that support Nespresso's eCommerce strategic goals in the market, while building seamless customer experiences during key campaigns on the website and app, ensuring all designs are in line with Nespresso's brand guidelines; Oversee and collaborate with the agency responsible for technical development, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
Give feedback on local relevance of Nespresso global designs in collaboration with the eCommerce project manager and help to influence the global roadmap.
Leverage eCommerce analytics insights and tools and use them to build insights and recommendations on how to optimize key customer journeys, pages and activations.
Analyze the user journey via our UX tools (Glassbox & GA) to identify pain points, areas for improvement and implement enhancements; Create A/B test assumptions, ensuring data driven decisions.
Support web mastering team.
What we are looking for in our UX/UI specialist:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical IS/IT, UX designer or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce websites, with at least 3 of them in responsive web design/AB Testing / Personalization.
Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
Experience with Web Analytics, UX analytics tools knowledge (Google Analytics, Glassbox), AB testing tools (Adobe Target, VWO, Optimizely...).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in Dutch and/or French AND English is mandatory.
Abilities to proactively look for collaboration and opportunities.
