Eben Ezer Care Center Groundskeeper in Brush, Colorado
Qualifications:
High school diploma or related certification with experience in electrical, plumbing, landscaping, or vehicle repairs. Ability to lift heavy loads and work in various conditions. Strong communication skills and time management.
WAGE: $15.00 - $21.00 Hourly
DAYS/HRS: Full time permanent. Daytime hrs. Primarily Mon-Fri, but some weekends as needed.

Job Purpose: Maintain attractive grounds and ensure vehicles and equipment are in good working order.
Key Responsibilities:
Uphold Eben Ezer s values, mission, and philosophy. Maintain and repair grounds, sprinkler systems, and equipment. Perform general maintenance, including painting, repairs, and grounds upkeep. Conduct inspections and maintain cleanliness of parking lots, sidewalks, and rooftops. Assist with new equipment installation and manage outside inspections. Ensure safety and adherence to HIPAA and residents rights
