Are you skilled in customer service and have an eye for detail? We have a perfect opportunity for you. We're currently seeking a Receptionist for a part-time contract position in Brownsville, TX. In this role, the Receptionist will be responsible for managing our front desk on a daily basis and supporting our administrative tasks. The successful Receptionist will serve as our company's first impression, having substantial impact to uphold our reputation for exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for the public who attend, visit, or call the center.

• Handle all reception and front desk duties and maintain a welcoming environment.

• Register new members and track all member attendance accurately.

• Assist with the preparation and distribution of meals.

• Make wellness calls to members to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with members.

Requirements

• Experience with receptionist duties

• Fluency in Spanish language preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Competency in computer skills
