Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Duration : 3 months contract ON W2

Location: Wheat Ridge, CO

Mon - Fri: 8AM - 5PM

Duration: 5 months - High Conversion Possibilities

Payrate: 20$ - 23.65/hr.

We are looking for an Maintenance Technician to join one of our Fortune 500 Real Estate clients.

Job Summary

Resource's typical working day:

Hospital maintenance, not anything on air condition. Light plumbing, paint finished. Putting together a brand new hospital. They are moved in but they are still a bit under construction. Mounting, remounting. Grounds cleanup.

Must Have Skills:

General maintenance skills, good attitude, customer service

Nice to have skills:

Hospital Maintenance

Years of Experience:

At least 1 year of maintenance experience

Education

High School Diploma or GED
