XFusion Ops, LLC Head Of Engineering in Broomfield, Colorado
Responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality software products, ensuring the alignment of engineering efforts with business objectives. Develop and execute the engineering strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for technology innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department. Collaborate with senior management to define the technical roadmap and prioritize engineering initiatives. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products by overseeing the entire development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment. Monitor and report on engineering performance metrics, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and integrate relevant innovations into the engineering processes. Ensure the scalability, security and reliability of the company's software and infrastructure. Implement and enforce engineering standards, processes, and tools to drive efficiency and quality. Maintain a deep understanding of the technology stack the company's uses, including Python, Django, React, Next JS, Ruby on Rails (ROR), Node JS, Laravel, React Native, Flutter, DevOps, AWS, Docker and Kuberne. Work closely with the company's US clients to improve and optimize their applications, ensuring they meet their business requirements and performance standards. Communicate engineering plans, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and the executive team. Facilitate effective collaboration between engineering teams and other departments.
