Comprehensive Pharmacy Services Director, Data Products in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota
Director, Data Products CPS Solutions, LLC Home-based/Remote We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced full time, exempt Director of Data Products to join our team. The Director of Data Products will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of data-driven products that support our mission of improving patient outcomes. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and operations, to identify, prioritize, and execute on opportunities for data-driven innovation. Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000 based on experience Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required Master's Degree preferred 5+ years of experience in a similar role at a similar level The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Advanced technical skills and excellent documentation skills. Strong understanding of healthcare and/or specialty pharmacy operations Proven track record of delivering successful data-driven products Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL and Python Experience with product management tools, such as JIRA and Asana RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the development and launch of new data-driven products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmaps Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and industry best practices Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement Lead user research and testing to validate product concepts and designs Collaborate with the reporting and analytics team to ensure the products are grounded in evidence-based insights Drive product development from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget Communicate product plans and status regularly to stakeholders and senior management Continuously evaluate and refine product strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics Benefits:All employees enjoy a competitive salary, eligibility to participate in the 401(k) savings plan with a match.
