Position: Job Information Lockbox Extractor
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Brooklyn OH Onsite

Job Brief:
Under direct supervision, this position accelerates the receipt and processing of client remittance data, prepares and processes checks for clearing following standard bank operating procedures, and prepares information for clients and service partners according to specified procedures and instructions. Attendance is critically important, requiring a commitment of 38–40 hours per week.
Essential Job Functions:
Receive, sort, prepare, and process remittances and invoice data.
Open mail and extract paper invoices/payments; sort and prepare batches for processing.
Follow established corporate and department policies and procedures.
Marginal or Peripheral Functions:
Cross-train in other functional areas to maintain coverage in critical department functions, such as mail sorting, keying, reassociation, and data entry.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and follow instructions, with strong eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
Proficiency in operating general office equipment.
Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
Ability to cope effectively with change, handle stress, and meet internal and external customer expectations.
Achieve production and accuracy standards within 90 days of training completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in lockbox, item processing, or similar roles.
10-key proficiency with PC/keyboard experience.

Operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented production environment.
