Title- Senior Software Engineer, Machine LearningJob Duties: Responsible for designing, building and evolving the core ML Platform components and services, and working cross-functionally to support various product engineering, data engineering and data science teams as they use our platform. Design, build and evolve the core ML Platform components and services. Participate in defining the technical strategy for the ML Platform. Work closely with data scientists to understand their needs and optimize the platform to help them achieve their goals. Operate the platform by ensuring that goals around reliability and latency are met. Take ownership for the quality of the engineering done on the team. Mentor and help other engineers on the team to grow. Remote position.REQUIREMENTS: Masters in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 1 year of relevant experience. Experience to include: Python or similar programming language; understanding of the process of delivering machine learning solutions to production; shipping production solutions using Docker and container orchestration tools; building and deploying machine learning solutions using a major cloud provider; building and supporting production machine learning pipelines; and large scale data processing technologies.
