Job Title: Medical Technologist Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Technologist Supervisor to join our team. This is a leadership position where you will work as a Core Lab supervisor under the direction of the Operations Manager. You will oversee testing and quality assurance activities of the point of care testing program and related functions. Your role will require technical skill in point of care testing and clinical laboratory. Responsibilities include day-to-day supervision of the point of care testing, monitoring processes to ensure acceptable levels of analytic performance, and reviewing quality assurance practices, environmental monitors, instrument and equipment maintenance/function checks, quality control, calibration, and amended reports.

Hard Skills

• NYS Clinical Technologist license

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of clinical laboratory experience or Master's degree and 2 years of clinical lab experience

• Chemistry/hematology experience

• 1 or more years in a leadership/supervisory role

Work Site

Brooklyn, New York.

Work Environment

Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm; no weekends
