As we grow, we're seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team and ensure our production runs smoothly and efficiently. salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, conveyors, and packaging machines.

• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and keep production on schedule.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and make proactive repairs.

• Collaborate with production staff to ensure equipment is running safely and efficiently.

• Maintain records of maintenance activities, parts used, and repairs completed.

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
