Description
As a member of our team, you will be part of a community of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes. We are currently seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including medical diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures to aid in diagnosis and treatment
Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
Educate patients on preventive health measures and health maintenance practices
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards and guidelines
Requirements
Medical degree from an accredited institution
Board certification in internal medicine or family medicine
Active medical license in the state of New York
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes
Understanding of and commitment to working with diverse patient populations

Salary Description
$240,000.00 Yearly
