ManpowerGroup Junior Sales Executive in Brooklyn, New York
Our client in industrial supplies (MRO) is looking for a Junior Sales Executive and may be open to a Senior Account Executive as well. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Junior Sales Executive
Location: Downtown New York
Pay Range: $55-65k plus commission and bonus potential
What’s the Job?
Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with clients in the industrial supplies and MRO sectors.
Support in growing business opportunities, with a primary focus on New York City Agencies and other institutional clients.
Conduct prospecting activities to generate new leads and business opportunities in the MRO market.
Prepare and support sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for both new and existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, procurement, and customer support) to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and stay informed on MRO market trends.
What’s Needed?
1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial supplies, MRO products, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, solution-driven sales environment.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Team player with a proactive attitude toward business development.
