Position Overview :
TheHuman Resources Business Operations Partnerwill report to the Associate Vice President, Human Resources. The core duties will involve conducting research, performing analyses, managing databases, generating reports, and developing informative content aimed at instructing and educating staff in various essential areas of the organizational HR processes.
Job Responsibilities :
HR Business Operations:
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of core HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, talent acquisition, HR systems, and operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Design and implement process improvements to streamline HR workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate employee satisfaction, including evaluating and recommending digital tools to address department needs.
Ensure all HR operations comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and align with organizational policies.
Develop and manage analytics dashboards and predictive models to track workforce metrics, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
Act as a key liaison between HR and other departments (e.g., finance, IT), fostering seamless communication and operational alignment.
Manage and maintain accurate compensation and position data in HR systems (e.g. Paycom and CompAnalyst) while supporting the ongoing development of the Total Rewards platform.
Prepare, distribute, and develop training materials to educate employees on their total rewards and compensation packages.
Collaborate with HR leadership to design and implement organization-wide initiatives, including training and development programs.
Oversee and improve the HR helpdesk process, ensuring timely and effective responses to employee inquiries and requests.
Serve as an escalation point for complex HR issues, partnering with leadership to deliver resolution and guidance.
Employee Relations :
Generate termination checklist for involuntary terminations
Supports in the design and development of the Employee Relations/Experience dashboard.
Special Projects/Initiatives :
Works closely with the AVP of HR to conduct surveys among management staff regarding employee needs and prepares materials to begin problem solving
Assists the manager in spearheading or co-leading special projects and initiatives aimed at promoting essential workforce objectives and priorities.
Develops content and training materials for educating management personnel about HR processes and operations.
Undertakes special projects within the scope of Human Resources, including but not limited to, Talent Acquisition, HR Systems and Operations, Wellness and Benefits, etc.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required and 4-5 years of prior experience in Human Resources Operations.
Intermediate-Advanced skills with MS Office Suite, strong technical proficiency.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and business acumen.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Knowledge of compensation principles and HR best practices
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care.
Salary & Compensation :
Base Salary or Hourly Rate : $70,000.00/year
FLSA Status: Exempt
