Data Entry/Mailroom Clerk (Onsite Sunset Park)

Job Details:

• Location: Brooklyn, NY (Sunset Park)

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-6PM

• Duration open ended contract (You will be contracted through my agency, TEKsystems and paid weekly. Benefits also provided)

  Core Experience:

• 6+ months of clerical/office/admin/customer service experience

• Strong communication and data entry skills

• Computer knowledge: outlook, excel and word (Will be tested on data & typing skills)

• HS Diploma or GED degree

• Must have less than one hour commute

Job Overview:

• Mail stamping, sorting, bundling, mail scanning

• Lift bins/boxes of mail that weight from 10- 20 pounds

• Assisting with any other projects that may arise to fulfill client deadlines

• Clerical duties such as: faxing, scanning, and making copies.

• Utilize scanning equipment

• Converts paper documents to electronic/digital formats

• Performs other related duties as assigned

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00
