In this dynamic, hands-on role, you-ll provideone-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapyin the comfort of a child-s home. Imagine being the person who helps a child master essential skills like communication, socialization, and behavior management. What You-ll Do
Help children on the autism spectrum develop key life skills through personalized ABA therapy.
Use fun, creative, and positive reinforcement techniques to foster progress.
Collaborate with families to ensure continuity of care and tailor strategies to meet each child-s unique needs.
Monitor progress and share valuable insights with a caring team led by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).

What We-re Looking For
Apassionfor working with children and a desire to make a difference.
Previous experience in working with kids or a background in behavioral therapy is aplus(but not required).
Strong communication skills to connect with children and families.
A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to care.
A high school diploma.
