Robert Half Account Manager in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota

Description

We are providing an opportunity for an Account Manager in the electronic connector manufacturing industry, based in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and will require you to work onsite. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing customer accounts, addressing customer inquiries, and working collaboratively with various teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the key contact for assigned customer accounts, fostering relationships and effectively managing customer inquiries and requests.

• Proactively address customer pain points, ensuring feedback is communicated to the team in a timely manner.

• Oversee the management of booking and revenue forecasts in line with SIOP reviews, ensuring data related to orders is accurately maintained.

• Collaborate with various teams such as Business Development, Engineering, and Manufacturing to develop strategies that best support customer needs.

• Ensure all customer-related forms, surveys, and other documents are completed accurately and on time.

• Utilize CRM, Email Communications, and Microsoft Excel to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

• Leverage skills in Order Management and Order Entry to ensure efficient processing of customer orders.

• Use Epicor ERP system for efficient customer account management and order processing.

• Regularly generate progress reports to keep customers informed about their account status.

Requirements

• Proficiency in CRM software to manage client interactions and data

• Demonstrated ability in email communications and correspondence to maintain effective client relationships

• Experience in order management and order entry to ensure efficient processing of client orders

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation

• Familiarity with Epicor ERP to manage business processes

• Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships

• Excellent problem-solving skills to address client issues effectively

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks

• Strong organizational skills to manage client information and order details

• Excellent communication skills for clear and effective client correspondence.
