salary: $56,000 - $72,800 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and calibrate PCB assemblies and products (electronic and optical) using provided equipment and following documentation.

• Perform PCB assembly with IPC-compliant soldering techniques when required.

• Program PCB assemblies and products with firmware and software as needed.

• Conduct final quality checks and store relevant data appropriately.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production and testing issues, including replacing faulty components and reworking defects.

• Improve efficiency by optimizing processes, standardizing reporting, and minimizing friction.

• Repair and calibrate customer equipment as needed.

• Collaborate with engineering to enhance product design and performance.

• Support new product development when production capacity allows.

• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with ESD standards.
