ManpowerGroup Sr. DevOps Engineer in Brookfield, Wisconsin

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be part of the Infrastructure and Operations department supporting various technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Lead and inform automation roadmaps related to technical capabilities.

  • Research and discover new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, deploy, and maintain solutions in both on-prem and cloud environments.

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

  • Create and maintain automated release management processes and provide production support.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of technical experience, or 9 years in a highly automated software engineering environment.

  • 4+ years of experience writing code in an object-oriented, functional, or scripting language.

  • 3+ years of experience implementing and maintaining orchestrated container environments, preferably with Kubernetes and Docker.

  • 2+ years of experience creating CI/CD pipelines, preferably within Azure DevOps.

  • 1+ years of experience with Terraform for automated environment deployment processes.
