Job Title: PLM EngineerJob Description

The company is integrating Altium into their existing PLM, Teamcenter. This integration will improve electronic component forecasting for over 5,000 PLM users. The candidate will assist in pushing all BOMs to Teamcenter and will work extensively with Altium. A significant portion of the job involves training others on integrating, installing, and working with engineering systems and software related to this project. The candidate will also handle integration tickets, troubleshooting, and user support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in integrating Altium into Teamcenter.

• Push all BOMs to Teamcenter and work with Altium.

• Train others on integrating, installing, and working with engineering systems and software.

• Field integration tickets and provide support within Altium and Teamcenter.

• Onboard users and assist with integration issues, troubleshooting, and support.

Essential Skills

• Experience with Altium.

• Understanding that this is a support role, not a design role.

• Interest in working in a training and support role.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Teamcenter experience is beneficial but not required.

• Experience with integration support and Teamcenter is highly valued.

• Experience setting up an Altium library.

• Experience training users on an engineering system or PLM.

Work Environment

This position can be mostly remote, with required short visits to the work location in Wisconsin. All expenses for these visits will be covered.
