Serves as a part of a team that interprets rules and regulations to draft and implement policies and procedures. Serves as project manager or business analyst on compliance-related issues and projects to ensure proper identification and implementation of solutions that meet the applicable regulatory requirements. This will include managing the ongoing regulatory requirements, compliance review of processes and training associates/providing training content on changes in laws and regulations to assure ongoing adherence to all applicable laws and regulations. REQUIREMENTS 1. Bachelor\'s degree and a minimum of 2 years of compliance operations and process experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. Knowledge of financial operations, policies, and procedures. 3. Compliance experience with lending regulations. 4. Demonstrated experience balancing multiple priorities and managing a variety of projects in a high volume work environment with strong attention to detail. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the proven ability to work across various departments and levels in an organization. 6. Ability to use independent judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality 7. CRCM Certification preferred. 8. Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to the position. Must understand and comply with all job related state and federal laws and regulations. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Performs assigned tasks that support the development, implementation, maintenance, execution and continual improvement of the Enterprise Compliance Program (ECP). 2. Performs the review, collection, and inventory of policies, procedures, processes and controls and assists in their assessment against Landmark\'s ECP and regulatory requirements and standards. 3.
