Purchasing & Warehouse Supervisor

Classification:
Non-exempt (overtime eligible)
Essential Function/Responsibilities: duties include but are not limited to the following:
Purchase equipment and track shipments.
Receive shipments and verify the count and condition of items.
Log all received equipment and tracks outstanding orders.
Organize all equipment by project in storage room(s).
Notify proper personnel upon receipt of shipments.
Load boxes into vehicles.
Perform monthly inventory audits of stock items.
Contact vendors to initiate RMA process for defective equipment and track all returns to completion.
Track shared tools.
Audit work hours logged by field personnel.
Assist with classification of invoices/expenses.
Salary Range: $55,000-60,000 annually
Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Excellent math and analytical skills.
Must have ability to work with little supervision.
2 + years of experience in inventory control & management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have a strong technical background.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Drivers license with personal transportation a PLUS.
