HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Product Support Administrator
Bronx, NY
Pay : $20 - $25 / hour (dependent on prior relevant experience)
Bonus : 5% bonus potential

Strong administrative skills (including but not limited to: phone skills, email, research, data entry, verifying information)
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient with computer software (including MS Word, Excel, & Outlook) with the capability of utilizing multiple computer systems
Responsibilities
Effective oversight of Marketing and Focus Program administration
Coordinate and implement all Marketing and Focus Programs
Review and ensure all programs are accurately set up in enterprise platform
Provide all appropriate personnel with updated programs as they become available
Monitor discounter parts documents to ensure discount accuracy and appropriate program utilization
Enter and maintain monthly claims into CAT Product Support Commercial System
Validate credits from Caterpillar for accuracy
Exceptional customer support is achieved
Assist e-commerce system specialist with customer’s digital registration process
Review all instant access registrations and transactions
Assist e-commerce system specialist with resolving customer log-on issues
Assist with customer’s access to adjacent digital platforms
Facilitation of Product Support
Assist General Parts Manager and other department personnel with novelty administration
Assist General Parts Manager with implementation of e-commerce global standards as needed
Provide backup support for Caterpillar Export Services and IP administration when required
Handle Product Support phone calls by taking messages, routing calls or resolving issues as needed

Physical Requirements:
Standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time
Hand coordination (typing and writing)
Occasional forward bending and reaching
Occasional walking and climbing stairs
Carrying (up to 20lbs.)
