The Project Manager – Digital Supply Chain for Radiometer is responsible for the Digital Supply Chain program in Global Operations with a purpose to digitalize and automate our end-to-end global supply chain from vendor to customer. In a strong partnership with Global Supply Chain, Global Sourcing, and in collaboration with Global IT, you will be responsible for building a digitalization strategy and roadmap while supporting the selection of global systems and solutions to digitalize our Supply Chain and Sourcing. Furthermore, you will join the team focusing on the implementation of an Advanced Planning System (APS) – a project already starting up where we have a focus on Demand planning in the MVP.

This position is part of the Global Strategic Projects, OPS PMO, and Global Operations Digital Excellence Department located in Radiometer Medical in Brønshøj and will be on-site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Global Operations Digital Excellence team and report to the Senior Manager Global Operations Digital Excellence responsible for driving an end-to-end transformation of Global Operations by digital excellence and digitalize our full value chain with two teams – Shopfloor Digitalization and Digital Supply Chain – and accelerate improvements with AI via a third team, Data&AI. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Join a newly established department and be part of setting the direction for the future.

  • Take lead on building a global roadmap for Digital Supply Chain and execute on this roadmap by working globally and cross-functionally as well as cross-Danaher.

  • Support the digitalization of Production, Distribution and Allocation processes, including being a sparring partner for supply chain leadership.

  • Provide expert domain knowledge within end-to-end planning systems, with a LEAN foundation.

  • Enabling scalable planning processes for supply sites with multiple demand nodes.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or Business.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience from working with IT and supply chain within regulated industries.

  • Languages: English – minimum advanced (C1) (The position has global impact; the hiring manager is Danish and located in Denmark).

  • Hands-on experience with Advanced Planning System implementation.

  • Project management and change management experience.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in working virtually, digitally with Teams, SharePoint and in virtual project management tools e.g., Miro.

  • System Owner experience.

  • Agile project management, Scrum, DevOps.
