We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor located in our Broken Arrow, OK facility.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a team of hourly associates to safely unload, receive, store, move, and transport parts Champions safety for all activities, driving 5S organization for a safe work environment

  • Leads process improvements using standardized lean methods

  • Communicates internally with cross functional teams and externally with supplier logistics teams

  • Working with Planning and Production Supervisors for timely delivery of materials

  • Applies LEAN tools focusing on organized material presentation that aids assembly steps

  • Ensure accurate product inventory supporting business/customer requirements

  • Report on inventory activities and variances, maintaining accurate cycle counts

  • Providing leadership and motivation to hourly team members to achieve business goals

  • Ensuring safe work area including routine inspection and maintenance of equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, and transport vehicles

  • Supervising work hours and work assignments to support production schedule and delivery dates

  • Ensuring all procedures are followed, providing vital training sessions

  • Providing regular performance feedback to hourly team members.

  • Implementing promotional recommendations as well as disciplinary actions as required.

  • Troubleshoots and resolves semi-complex problems

  • Using SAP in support of receiving and inventory activities

  • Leading internal department budget and arranging purchase orders for inventoried materials.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or equivalent experience required.

  • Experience supervising in a warehouse/production environment

  • Ability to lead in a team environment with validated cross functional teamwork

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Ability to work overtime and flexible hours

  • Digital literacy required including Microsoft Office, (ability to learn SAP and Team Center)

  • This position requires employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP experience or equivalent MRP system

  • Experience supervising warehouse team in multiple locations

  • Associate or Bachelor degree in related technical field or business studies

  • Safety knowledge for material handling of heavy equipment using cranes and forklifts

  • The pay range for this position is $72k-92k per year. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
