Job Title: Inspector

Location: Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Inspector to join our team in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The Inspector will be responsible for carrying out inspection activities in accordance with established quality plans, engineering specifications, and procedures to verify that the product meets specified requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing incoming, in-process, and final dimensional and visual inspection of materials and assemblies.

  • Using, reading, and interpreting various precision inspection tools.

  • Electronically recording inspection results to provide evidence of product compliance.

  • Handling nonconforming products in accordance with established work instructions and quality system procedures.

  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and customer specifications.

  • Working closely with Manufacturing to ensure full compliance with engineering requirements.

Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in inspection techniques

  • Experience with micrometers, calipers, GDT, dial calipers, protractors, and various precision measuring instruments

  • Personal computer skills (electronic mail, Word, Excel, record keeping, routine database activity)

Soft Skills:

  • Detail-oriented

  • Punctual

  • Cooperative and respectful

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Interchangeable with others in the department

Work Environment:

  • Regular attendance required

  • Must arrive at work punctually and work on-site

  • Overtime work may be required

  • Expected to work cooperatively with others and deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, and management

  • The role involves performing multiple tasks concurrently and working in a fast-paced environment
