Aerotek is currently hiring an experienced electrician, with at least a year's experience for our production client in Port of Johnstown. This is the perfect role for an independent worker, looking for a permanent long-term position - with year-round work and no travel involved!

Job Description

• Work in a port with a 200,000-ton grain elevator.

• Perform maintenance, repair, and upgrades/installs as needed.

• Repair all electrical systems on the site.

• Collaborate with health and safety teams for preventative maintenance.

• Read and interpret new and old schematics for the system.

• Exhibit strong prioritization skills.

Skills and Requirements

• 309A Electrician license (required) - apprentice hours also count!

• 1 year minimum experience doing install and maintenance of electrical systems.

• Experience working in a production facility considered an asset.

• Strong English communication skills as all SOPs are in English.

• Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.

• Access to reliable transportation as it is located in Port of Johnstown.
