Brockton Hospital Coordinator EHR Incentive Payments in Brockton, Massachusetts

The Coordinator – EHR Incentive Payment Programs coordinates the IT and operational activities related to successful implementation, audit assistance and compliance with the HITECH Act with the main focus being EHR Payment Programs (i.e.; Meaningful Use, MACRA/MIPS, etc) for eligible providers (EP) and eligible hospital (EH). The Coordinator ensures that facility/clinic personnel (leadership and clinicians) and IT Management understand their obligations and requirements to achieve the Payment Programs criteria within the specific time frame. The Coordinator will assist in the support of the current EHR system as well as evaluate, analyze and recommend procedural changes to ensure system is used for maximum efficiency, quality and patient safety.

-Experience working in Windows O/S environment (Windows Server 2000 or later, Windows Desktop 2000 or later)

-Experience with the Microsoft Office Product Suite

-Extensive experience with Ambulatory and Hospital EMR applications

-Content expert on EHR Incentive Payment Program requirements and researching changes to EHR Incentive Payment Program requirements

-Excellent verbal/written communication skills with a wide variety of staff/leadership/physicians

-Five + years healthcare IT experience

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE/TECHNICAL/OTHER:

I. Education: Education equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or other related discipline or the equivalent in related work experience.

II. Experience (Type & Length): Five or more years of Healthcare IT experience.
