Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry, based in BROCKTON, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be providing AP support, managing vendor relations, and processing invoices across multiple entities. This role is integral to maintaining financial accuracy in our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and enter data for various invoices, ensuring they are coded to the correct entity

• Handle accounts payable functions including account reconciliation and check runs

• Maintain constant communication with vendors, addressing their queries and concerns

• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel for basic data input and other entries

• Leverage software platforms like Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for efficient invoice processing

• Ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date

• Assist in processing expenses using Concur

• Support the team in maintaining smooth financial operations

• Monitor and take appropriate action on customer accounts. Requirements • Possess deep knowledge and experience in Account Reconciliation.

• Proven expertise in Accounts Payable (AP).

• Demonstrated ability to execute Check Runs effectively.

• Proficiency in Coding Invoices is essential.

• Must possess strong Data Entry skills for efficient task completion.

• Experience in Invoice Processing is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

• Prior experience with Oracle is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks is an added advantage.

• Knowledge and experience in using SAP is necessary.
