JOB SUMMARY:
Provide leadership for branch service operations and the management of branch service supervisors. Oversee branch service operations within annual budget projections and maintain superior customer and employee relations that result in or support above-average CSP, EOS, NPI, NLS, PINS, FMRG, and DCAL. Manages the operation of the Equipment & Power Systems Division Service Center, including Shop Service, Field Service, and Administrative Personnel. Manages budget in line with forecasts, objectives, and overall company policies. Meets gross profit and PADE objectives. Supervises and develops the necessary manpower to maintain a functional Division in line with the overall Company policies and forecasts. Supervises the execution of an annual training program for the Division. Supervises and promotes Division CC and CPI Practices.
