Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Generalist in the wholesale industry, located in Broadview Heights, Ohio. The workplace is fully onsite, ensuring a hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and extending offers.
• Establish effective talent acquisition strategies to attract potential candidates.
• Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend staffing needs, create job descriptions, and prioritize hiring.
• Implement HR programs like employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and training.
• Assist in initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and development.
• Continuously enhance recruitment processes and tools to maintain efficiency and high-quality candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, industry networking, and ongoing relationship management.
• Work with managers to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and support ongoing employee training and development efforts.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment and HR practices.
• Maintain knowledge of federal and state employment laws to ensure all HR practices comply with legal standards.
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and processes.
• Assist in broader HR initiatives and projects, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
• Support other HR functions as needed to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Requirements • Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services is a must.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Understanding and experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential.
• Knowledge of Ceridian software is highly desirable.
• Experience with Dayforce is considered beneficial.
• Ability to handle Benefit Functions is expected.
• Excellent Communication skills are required.
• Compliance knowledge and experience are necessary.
• Strong background in Employee Relations is a must.
